At Oso Blanco Labs, we are committed to delivering high-quality creator development services and ensuring client satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to reflect our dedication to results-driven partnerships. Please review the details below.
1. Service-Based Refunds
Our services, including coaching, content strategy, account management, and creator mentorship, are results-focused. We operate on a pay-for-performance model in many cases, meaning you only pay a percentage of the new income we help you generate. For any refunds, the following terms apply:
Creator Cashflow Mentorship Program
If you do not triple your income within 6 months of participating in the Influencer Immersion Program, you are entitled to a full refund of your retainer.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the program’s conclusion.
Refunds will not apply if you have not completed the required action steps or failed to participate in essential mentorship sessions, as outlined in your agreement.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
Fees associated with services that have already been fully rendered.
Custom services or products tailored specifically for the client.
Payments for ongoing services, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
3. Payment Disputes
If you believe there is an issue with the charges for our services, please contact us immediately at support@osoblancolabs.com. We will work with you to resolve the dispute in a timely manner. Chargebacks or disputes initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
4. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
You must provide proof of payment.
You must demonstrate that you adhered to the agreed-upon terms and action steps in your Creator Agreement.
5. Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.
6. Changes to this Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
