Privacy policy

What we collect

We collect the information you give us: your answers to the application, your name, email address and phone number, the details you enter when you book a call, and the email address you give to open the library.

We also collect some information automatically. Our hosting provider logs your IP address, your browser and device type, and which pages you visit and when. The Site keeps your application progress and a few settings in your browser's storage, so a reload does not lose your answers.

We may use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads. When it runs, it tells Meta which pages of the Site you visit. We do not send Meta your application answers or your contact details.

How we use it

We use personal information to review your application, decide whether we can help your business, and contact you by phone, text and email about your application and your call.

We also use it to schedule and hold the call, send the library resources you ask for, run and secure the Site, measure our advertising and meet our legal obligations.

Calls, texts and emails

When you apply, you agree that we may call, text and email you about your application at the number and address you gave us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with any third party for its own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share personal information with the providers who run parts of the Site and our business for us, and only so they can do that work: GoHighLevel, our CRM, which stores applications and sends our emails and texts; Google, which hosts our email, calendar and video calls; Resend, which emails us an application our CRM could not take; Vercel, which hosts the Site; and Meta, when the Meta Pixel runs.

We may also disclose personal information where the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or longer where the law requires, and then delete it.

Your choices

You may ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@osoblancolabs.com. You may unsubscribe from our marketing emails with the link in any of them, and stop texts by replying STOP.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect personal information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure.

Children

The Site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
