Terms of use
Last updated October 25, 2026
These terms govern your use of osoblancolabs.com (the "Site"), run by Oso Blanco Laboratories LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to them.
The Site
The Site describes our services and lets you apply for a call. An application does not create an engagement. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement that both parties sign.
Results
Results shown on the Site are individual cases. They depend on each business's offer, audience and effort. They are not typical, and we do not promise that you will get the same result or any result.
Free resources
You may use the guides, templates and tools in the library in your own business. You may not sell them or publish them as your own.
Our content
We own the Site and its content, including its text, graphics, logos and code, or we hold the right to use them. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, except as these terms allow.
Acceptable use
You shall not submit false information through the Site, interfere with how it runs, or access it by automated means or without permission.
Third-party services
The Site links to and embeds services that others run, such as our booking calendar and Kiefer's social channels. Their own terms govern your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.
No warranties
We provide the Site as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Site.
Governing law
The laws of the State of Wyoming govern these terms.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the Site after a change means you accept it.
